For any question about this policy, or to ask us to delete what we hold about you, write to amohan@saifendrugs.com or telephone +84 28 399 75 707.
What we collect, and when
We collect personal information in one place only: the enquiry form. Nothing else on this site asks you for anything, and we do not require an account to read any of it.
When you send an enquiry we receive:
- your name and email address, which are required so that we can reply
- your telephone number and a subject line, if you choose to give them
- the message you write
- the date and time the enquiry was sent
What we do with it
We use what you send to answer you and to carry on the conversation that follows. If your enquiry is about a product the group manufactures or holds, we may pass it to the relevant company within the Saifen Drugs group so that the right person answers it.
We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for two years afterwards so that we have a record if you come back to us. After that they are deleted.
You can ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, and we will.
Where it is held
Enquiries are stored on a server in a European data centre and are readable only by the staff of the group who deal with enquiries. They are transmitted over an encrypted connection.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie of its own, which records your cookie choice so that you are not asked again. Nothing optional is loaded until you have agreed to it. The cookie policy explains all of it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to amohan@saifendrugs.com and we will answer within thirty days.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom when you contact us, the General Data Protection Regulation gives you those rights and several others, including the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. We treat every enquirer the same way regardless of where they wrote from.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. We do not make a change retrospective — anything you sent us before is handled under the policy that applied when you sent it.
